Ellen’s Story

Ellen’s Story

I’ve always tried to take very good care of my skin. But as I got older
(and much, much wiser), I noticed that my skin was getting drier and
needed a gentler approach. So I turned to my friend Victoria Jackson,
an expert and beauty authority with over 30 years in the business.

Together we came up with an easy-to-use system
that works for my skin, your skin… all skin types.

It’s not about “anti-aging” because I think aging is a good thing.
It means you’ve lived a lot, learned a lot — and hopefully laughed a lot!
I want to embrace life and want others to do that, too, with the
support of skincare that gives you real, age-positive results.

We’ve harnessed the power of some of the earth’s most innovative,
ingredients to address the laugh lines you might’ve gained along the
way. And I didn’t want to compromise the things that matter to me —
caring for yourself, animals and the planet. I want to keep laughing, just
with fewer laugh lines and wrinkles.

Victoria Jackson,
Co-Founder

As founder and CEO of the global brand, Victoria Jackson Cosmetics, Victoria
revolutionized the beauty industry with a more natural approach to makeup.
As creator of the “no-makeup makeup” movement, she produced the first-ever
infomercial promoting this type of product. It was the formula for success, with her brand gaining a following of more than two million loyal customers and creating over 600 products.

Victoria’s role as a goodwill ambassador for makeup evolved into being a
passionate activist on behalf of women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship —
founding the Guthy-Jackson Charitable Foundation (GJCF) as well as spending
countless hours volunteering at correctional facilities, hospitals and supporting
youth. In 2017, Victoria was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame in
recognition of her distinguished achievements as an entrepreneur, innovator,
author, philanthropist and mother.

Victoria brings this same passion and dedication to Kind Science, helping to
source the finest ingredients from across the globe to create toxin- and cruelty-
free formulas that are both effective and gentle — underscoring the mantra,
“Kind Science is everything you need, nothing you don’t.”
